He is also a director of the CoalTech Group Companies, and the Chariman of the Board of UBM AEM (formerly Arabian Exhibition Management W.L.L.) which became part of Informa PLC, a leading B2B information services group and the largest B2B Events organizer in the world.
Shaikh Mohamed AlKhalifa is responsible for investment opportunities and has an extensive network of contacts which support the development of the CoalTech business, including professional firms and investment bankers.

THEKRAYAT EBRAHIM ALI EBRAHIM ALI was the Assistant Secretary General of Operations at EAD. His career comprises of over 20 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector, in Academics and the Real Estate sector.
He holds a PhD in Sustainable Economic Development Strategies from Coventry University, UK. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from University of London, United Kingdom

Hamdi Ghandaffar is a Co-Founder of the Geen Concept Brokerage Group from the inception and rebranding of the company in 2016. He leads Gold Concept Consultancy Group in the position of Chief Executive Officer since 2016 and ever since been heading the Corporate Finance Department and the Financial Services and Investment Division at Gold Concept Consultancy Group to date.
He has extensive experience of over 20 years in investment, asset management, property management, financial products as well as other financial services.
Mohammed Ahmad Al Khafif

Mohammed joined the Gold Concept Consultancy Group team as Senior accountant in 2016 and was promoted to Chief Resources Officer in 2018. Mr. Mohammed is a member in Global Investment House Board of Directors, also a member of several boards of companies CEO of Vodacanal Holding co. and in Bahrain. Mohammed has 28 years of extensive practical experience in the fields of Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. He worked with Enhanced Engineering & Multi-Technologies Co. as a managing director, Bahrain Investment Project Company.

Hussein Ahmed Said Mostafa Elbakary

Mr. Hussein Ahmed Said Mostafa Elbakary joined Gold Concept Consultancy Group’s team in 2017 and was last promoted to lead Gold Concept Consultancy Group in the position of Chief Loan Officer in the first half of 2018 after heading the Corporate Finance Department from 2017 - 2018 and the Financial Services and Investment Division at Gold Concept Consultancy Group ever since.
Mr Fatai is also the CEO of Global Investment House as of September 2015. He has extensive experience of over 14 years in investment banking, asset management, financial products as well as financial services.
Zaid Aref

Mr. Zaid Aref is a member of the Board of Directors of Ibdar Bank and Gold Concept Consultancy Group, and a Director in Al-Kifah Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Kareem is also the Chairman of Board of Al-Ahsa Amusement & Tourism Co., (AHSANA) and Vice Chairman of Arbah Capital. He is also a Member of Saudi Majlis Alshura (Saudi Parliament) and Chairman, Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Seattle University , U.S.A. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information Science from King Faisal University , Saudi Arabia.
